This is because a previous renter did not return the vehicle. Not our fault. We even called turo about this.

Great car to drive just needs an alignment but other than that great car
The car has now been aligned again. I took it back in to get a realignment and all is good now. Please use communication before leaving feedback. We are here to help and make things right for the renter but we cannot make right what we don't know about until after the rental. Thank you
