Hello, we appreciate your business. There are two options for checking you in. (i) hand you the keys in person when you get to the car location, or (ii) the lockbox combination will be provided to you through the Turo app/text when you get to the car. You are also free to choose whatever option you prefer. Thank you for your rental. Our goal is to provide you a safe, smooth and enjoyable ride.
Guidelines
- Premium gas 93 ONLY. please keep refuel receipts. - Return the car in same condition you received it. - Fill gas tank or add the prepaid option for only $80. If vehicle is returned with less than full tank, I will request reimbursement for the missing fuel. - No smoking 🚭 of any kind!!!...Any evidence of smoking may attract a cleaning fee of $250 - No pets. Any evidence of pets may attract a cleaning fee of $150 - Extreme dirt or stains may attract a cleaning fee of $150 (depending on severity of dirt/stain). A typical daily use dirt that will not require professional cleaning will not draw any charges. NOTE - Only interior dirt will incur charges. No charges will be billed for normal use exterior dirt. - A late fee equal to one day’s rental charge will only apply if vehicle is returned more than an hour beyond drop off time with no prior notice. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you think that you may be running late. For your convenience this vehicle come with a SunPass transponder ((Transponder# 136315121010)) which will be billed to you after your rental should you choose to use it.
