I rented a vehicle for 5 days totaling $407, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The same day I picked the car up, it was making a loud grinding noise as if the brakes were severely worn. I immediately contacted the host to let him know about the issue.
The host asked if he could either pick the vehicle back up to have the brakes fixed or come to my home and repair the brakes on-site. In my opinion, this was very unprofessional and inconvenient considering I paid for a full 5-day rental and should not have had to deal with maintenance issues during my rental period.
I also asked if I could receive an extra day or any type of refund/credit for the inconvenience and lost rental time, but my concerns were basically ignored. Safety and customer service should be a priority when renting vehicles, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations. I will never rent from here again.
Ps... they even had the nerve to ask me if I could rate them five stars.

Car rode great. This is my 3rd time renting this car and I have not had any issues. The team is very responsive and have been very accommodating to any changes or extension I need to make with my rental. Definitely will continue to rent with them!!
