The car experience wasn’t bad, it got me where I needed to go and back. Ron was very informative of how to handle the car and communicated well with concerns regarding the tire symbol being on and troubles with the driver window getting stuck. I would recommend!

Had the car delivered the night before to leave around 2 am the next morning for vacation… turo never sent me the passcode to get into the car… So I was looking dumb with a bunch of luggage… ended up having to cancel and rebook the car only one available … took the trip mad for 8 straight hours …I paid for none refundable tickets that I couldn’t get the full advantage of… so that was $330 dollars down the drain vs. buying half day tickets… Ron did apologize but about TURO not sending me the code. The rebooking never sent one either he had to give it to me via text… it was a complete mess…
The car was good but me personally wouldn’t use it for road trips only to get around town. Drivers side window auto button acted up the whole time… on the highway breaks sound like a semi speeding up when you press on em and it was great on gas, sound system and radio work great. Tire indicator light was on the entire time… tank wasn’t all the way full… reason I said that is…I plan down to the make model and gas mileage with cost … Also, yeah I’m a rental car junkie and this was definitely my least favorite one… Plus, somebody smoked in it for sure! the antarctic blowing AC covered the smell but killed the gas of course. So if you turn the AC off to save gas, you smell the smell. if

far was the worst experience ever with TURO! I ain’t never be through nothing like this with enterprise , Avis ,hertz TURO… then the car sat in me apartment lot for a few days… I’m over it! The amount of rebook the car texts vs. the I owe you vs. the crickets after rebook.. Yep! A fork ain’t gone stick through me.
