Too many steps, not new user friendly

Review is about the Turo app not the vehicle. The main issue was that you didn’t open the Turo app or complete DL submission until you’d already arrived at the vehicle. At that point you were trying to figure out the Turo app with my help for the first time, including how to upload your license. That made a straightforward process feel more complicated than it was.

David is great Turo ias terrible! Every attempt to use the ap email or texts was just a mess with a corporate ugliness. They hired third rate kids who had never rented a car and have no one with a customer perspective check whether it makes sense. Do not be fooled by the right ratings. that is for the people with the cars not the Turo corporation which just makes it all harder.
