David is great Turo ias terrible! Every attempt to use the ap email or texts was just a mess with a corporate ugliness. They hired third rate kids who had never rented a car and have no one with a customer perspective check whether it makes sense. Do not be fooled by the right ratings. that is for the people with the cars not the Turo corporation which just makes it all harder.

Communication was great. Car has a few dings and dents, but it drove great. There was a usb issue where media wasn’t always playing correctly, but that might have a phone issue also it’s an older car.

You’re correct about the USB playback: it is an older model and is only compatible with certain older phones via USB.

Ok but some wear and tear on the car and screen kept going in and off
Of course there is normal wear and tear on a 2013 car, but the vehicle has no functional issues. The screen is always on, and both navigation and entertainment work flawlessly. Please avoid making false claims in your review.
