Car was affordable and clean

First, the host was excellent. He provided very clear instructions, pick up and drop off was easy; the check engine light came on during the trip and he responded immediately to my message about it. The car was very clean inside and out and very fuel efficient (much appreciated). There was a phone charger which was handy and, I noticed when I was dropping it off that there was also a phone mount in the console I hadn’t noticed before—both items are super handy to have provided, thank you! The car didn’t give me any issues (except the scare of seeing the check engine light come on which turned out to be an emission sensor issue) but, it is a rougher driving car. I hadn’t noticed the age of the car (my fault) at booking and it seems to have been driven pretty hard as a rental or maybe needs a tune up. I would definitely rent from this host again if he has other cars but for peace of mind (my personal preference) on a vacation as a woman traveling alone I wouldn’t rent this car again.

Communication was good and the host was good. However, the was the engine light was on and the car is a little bit older.

Navin is a great host. He truly tried to cater to my requests. The car is great for the price, just has some minor flaws to be expected for a 2012. AC has a really hard time blowing cold and Navin even came out to my house with Freon to try and fix it. Besides that just some little things here and there with the car, trim pieces, etc that could be addressed. Still a great little ride!!
