Let me preface by saying i have rented from them almost if not over 10 times. A nice ride if you need to get to work. They are just unique host. In the beginning they watched everyone move when picking up and dropping off the car although there’s a lockbox. I have a near stellar rating on Turo. The wife and husband both have accounts. The wife harasses you to submit the license way before the trip and she will contact you on and off the app saying the same thing over and over. When i asked her to keep communication on Turo she got offended. On a recent reservation the host reached out disgusted because i didn’t return the car “super full” past the full line. I told him as long as I fill the car up i should be fine. He went back and forth with me for days about the gas and even took a photo at an angle so the tank appeared less full. They don’t speak good English so the translation and then knowing how to convey what they want to say in confusing. After consistently renting every week I will not return. Since i was accused of not filling a tank up that clearly showed in my photos it was full. This most recent trip there was no space to leave the car in the driveway or on their road. The wife started screaming maam and eventually called me sir due to me parking the car on the side of the road out of the streets i ignored her to avoid conversation.

Car was great for the price, process very easy, runs well, use sweater because the AC is freezing which is good for Florida.
