This gets one star star because eight hours in into getting a rental the car started knocking and smoking. The inside of the cabin smelled like fumes which I didn’t have to park the car knowing it was unsafe. while on a date.
I am very sorry about what happened. All of my cars are thoroughly inspected before being rented out. Every single one of my vehicles has its maintenance up to date. I do not know why this issue occurred with this particular guest. A car is a machine, and machines can sometimes malfunction. I apologize to the guest; however, I feel he could have been more understanding of the fact that cars can occasionally experience problems. I do not believe I deserved a 1-star rating, as I am quite rigorous
