I did not want to kill the host for what I believe was out of his hands. But the car would not start when I first went to pick it up. We thought it was a battery issue. The host was helpful and changed the battery, but the vehicle the next morning would not start. Ultimately great communication the host was able to pick the car up and worked with me to retrieve the keys. I believe other than that setback, ultimately he is a good host, just a bad day for that specific vehicle.
