Thank you again for the rental. I wanted to provide honest and respectful feedback from one Mercedes-Benz owner to another.

The vehicle is definitely eye-catching. The yellow color stands out, the exterior design is beautiful, and overall it is a very nice-looking AMG. However, at the time of pickup, I documented the vehicle condition through photos and video because I noticed several exterior imperfections, including scrapes, cracks, scratches, and other cosmetic marks around the vehicle.

I also noticed some interior imperfections, including scratches and tears in areas of the leather. While I understand normal wear can happen, these are details I pay close attention to, especially with a luxury vehicle.

Another major concern was that the check engine light was on throughout the entirety of my reservation. Although the vehicle is an AMG and I understand it has a different roar and performance sound, the car also made some unusual noises during my trip. Due to all of these mentioned factors, mainly the check engine light, I did not even drive the vehicle at all yesterday, July 5th. I left it in valet for the entire day, and my valet can confirm that the vehicle remained there.

Those issues affected the overall enjoyment of the reservation. As a Benz owner, these are the types of things I notice and take seriously, especially when renting a luxury vehicle that is expected to provide a smooth and premium experience.

Regarding the return, I parked the car right at 10:00 AM and sent a message at 10:05 AM confirming that the vehicle was parked. I was not able to immediately complete the checkout and leave my review in the app because I was attempting to schedule my pickup from the location. I did not feel fully safe in the area, so my priority at that moment was arranging transportation and leaving safely. That is why I sent a quick message first while requesting my ride.

Because the vehicle was returned and parked on time, I am respectfully requesting that any late fee or late return charge associated with this trip be removed. I made a good-faith effort to confirm the return immediately, and my message was sent within the grace period after the car had already been dropped off.

Overall, the vehicle is beautiful and has a strong presence, but the existing exterior condition, interior imperfections, check engine light, and unusual noises did impact my experience. I wanted to be transparent and make sure everything was clearly documented
