Quick easy but past due on oil change and asked to return sooner then booked

For clarification, Juan asked to extend his trip by one day. I explained that because another guest had already booked the vehicle, an extension would only work if he returned it earlier. He chose not to extend and was never asked to return before his original scheduled time. The maintenance wrench was an advance reminder—the vehicle still had 397 miles remaining before its scheduled oil change.
Car has some bad suspension issues, metal on metal banging sounds felt like tire was going to fall off.
