Joseph was late on car pick up. Would not respond to call or text. Left hin a message. Waited at the car for 30 minutes until I got a text message with the keypad lock code. Not even 12 hours after renting the vehicle, the vehicle starts overheating and coolant is leaking from under the hood and bottom of car. Had to have vehicle towed back to owner. Never spoken with Joseph once over the phone. Terrible car maintenance and terrible service. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Very sorry to hear that.
The car overheated because of the water pump failed. I have not control on that, but replace it. After replacing the water pump the car stop overheating. Again very sorry for the inconvenience, I had no control over a part that fails but correct it by replacing the water pump.

So I rented this vehicle on May 28 I picked the vehicle up from Danbury and I drove it to the Bronx. I used the vehicle to go to work on June 12 at 7:00 AM overheated. I had to put oil in the car and antifreeze spoke to the host and told me that the car will need to go to a mechanic to get oil and antifreeze and tire air tire to be exact I don’t understand how this vehicle was even able to get rented with these issues. He stayed in every two weeks. I don’t know if he thought that it was gonna be a local drive for the month. However, the car was not fit to be rented. On my way home the highway 95 the vehicle was not allowing me to push with the gas. I had a half a tank. It was causing trucks flying by me and I almost lost my life. I will be looking for attorney on this behalf because this car was not supposed to be rented and if so, it only should’ve been local which only in Danbury is not my job to maintenance the vehicle. The vehicle should’ve been maintenance before I picked it up horrible terrible. The horse was nice however he knew what he was doing with that vehicle.

You forgot to mention that you were abusing the car, I have trackers on the car, you were driving it 24/7 for several days, if you are saying that the car overheated now why did you lied to me when I asked you about what's going on with my car? And you kept driving it? You were the only driver for this vehicle and I don't believe that you can drive 24/7, I will never rent a car to this guest ever again
