Nice car, host had prompt replies. Unfortunately, they forgot to renew the registration for the car, leading to me getting pulled over by the police for an issue that wasn’t my fault, which was overall an unpleasant experience. Would like to rate higher as I think the host genuinely just forgot about it, but really this stuff should’ve been taken care of before renting the car out to people.
From time to time we do make mistakes, and this was an unforced error. We are extremely sorry for this one and regret that our other cars weren’t a good fit. If you do give us another chance, message us first so we can take care of you.
