If I could rate a zero I would. Car battery died and it took over 48 hours to get a tow from Turo and 6 days for me to get my work and personal belongings out of the vehicle. Resla and Turo do not handle issues amongst themselves, you have to play the middle man and delay messages from one company to the next and it’s very time consuming while already missing out on work. Pray you never have an issue with one of their vehicles, this would not be my first issue I’ve experienced with one of their Tesla’s.
