I ended up paying $439 for this 4-day rental due to multiple additional fees that I did not feel were clear and upfront. I also accidentally got on a toll road and exited at the next exit, but was still charged the full toll.
The car was not clean and wasn’t in the best condition. The screen was cracked, and there were multiple scratches and minor damages that likely wouldn’t have been as noticeable with a proper wash. Overall, it didn’t feel well maintained for the price. I’ve rented a newer 2025 model just a week before for $200 less, so this didn’t meet expectations as hoped.
The host was very responsive and kind, which I appreciated. However, receiving separate invoices days after the trip was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t consider booking again due to the additional separate late fees.
