Good experience. Pick-up and drop-off were both easy and convenient. I’ve actually used two of their locations to rent a car, and both experiences have been smooth. Would definitely rent from them again.

Love that both locations made things easy for you! Smooth pickup and drop-off is what we’re going for, and we’ll keep that same simple experience across our locations.
The car had a weird smell when it was ready to pick up probably expired car freshener or something that needs to be taken care off

Sorry about the unusual smell at pickup. The interior has since been checked and refreshed, and it’s now confirmed fresh and ready for the next guest.
Great trip
