This was my first time renting through Turo and was highly disappointed.. We had a flat tire throughout the trip, the seatbelt on passenger side didn't work, when I picked up the car it was wrecked on the back passenger side... Tire had a knot in it and that was the reason it kept going on a flat ... I was already going out of town for my nephew's funeral and this trip added to my heartache...

complains about the car from minute 1 , car seat belt was working well she didn't know how to use it, she took the car keys with her and when we asked to return it she reacted very aggressive and defensive, if you wanted to be yield at and unrespect it this is the guest for you.. horrible experience not welcome back.
Car was clean and drove great! But the Battery 🔋 Died last day, the owner took care of it though, came and got the car and fixed it, would book again 🙏
