Car great, but I picked up at the wrong airport which cost me so much. Nest time guys make sure if you going to Dallas check what airport before booking.

Terrible. Host tried to cancel my trip 5 minutes before it started never told me the reason. Still got me another car but when I got to it I couldn’t find the keys and on top of that they didn’t give me the car seat I payed for. I had to call host to find keys and even he didn’t know where they could be so he started to listing off places they could be which took another 30 minutes of my time
While it was 110 degrees outside with a two year old

Although our team was able to provide a replacement vehicle, the key location and paid car seat should have been properly coordinated before pickup. We appreciate the feedback and will review these issues with our team to help provide a smoother experience for future guests.
