The booking process itself was smooth, but unfortunately my experience with the vehicle was disappointing. During my 4-day trip, the check engine light came on and the air conditioner was not working properly, which made driving in the Texas heat pretty uncomfortable. The host did reassure me that the vehicle was ok to drive, but that was after I already had the car and the engine light came on.
Just sharing my honest experience so future renters can make an informed decision.

Host was very fast responding and good with accommodating me when there was issues with the vehicle- he was fast to set me up with a new one.

The car was beautiful but the experience was not. The biggest issue was the heating and AC - it did not work! When I asked the host he said to just “fiddle with it” but it’s more like trying to crack a safe and if it’s not EXACTLY right it goes right back to High setting so we basically could not use it the whole time. I was also not made aware that I needed to send more info like my drivers license until two hours before pick up while I was flying there and could not do it. So then our pick up time was late, tried connecting with host several different ways and was not able to reach them was just sent to AI that hung up on me. Horrible experience will never use them again. But the car was pretty.
