I was concerned about the last review I saw but it ended up being a nice ride very good on gas /clean and good communication and good instructions. I would book again when I come back Dallas to see family

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This rental experience has been horrible. I was provided a vehicle with patched tires and one with a bubble in it and of course one of them went flat and I was held responsible for repairing them I was told. I am being charged 145 dollars for tire repairs that were already damaged. The rental owner has even admitted the tires were patched by a previous renter. I DO NOT recommend renting from this company.

We’re sorry the guest felt this way. The vehicle was inspected and test driven before delivery with no tire issues, and the guest did not report any problem at pickup. The tire issue was reported two days into the trip, and Turo determined the guest was responsible for the damage. We always strive to provide safe, well maintained vehicles.
