This has been a hell date the car has been down for two days
Everett knew his car had trouble starting
Yet instead he put on Turo

I’m sorry your trip didn’t go as expected. The starting issue had been repaired before your rental, and every previous guest gave this car a 5-star review. After your trip, the vehicle was left 30 miles from the agreed return location. I was able to start it with the same key and drive it to the repair shop, where the ignition was fully replaced. I respectfully disagree that I knowingly rented out an unreliable vehicle, and I always work to provide a dependable experience for my guests.
Car ran smooth and Everett helped with everything smoothly and in a timely fashion 🩵
