This was a great experience. They provided the car at an earlier time then I requested and this was a last-minute rental for my daughter‘s graduation because my previous host did not follow instructions! This was my guardian angel rental🙌🏾

The vehicle was delivered 45 minutes late, and unfortunately the experience went downhill from there. The car smelled strongly like a dog, and it appeared the odor was being masked with excessive air freshener. The vehicle also did not appear to be professionally cleaned upon pickup.
What was most frustrating was being accused of returning the car dirty when I returned it in the exact same condition I received it. The host also complained because I did not park the vehicle in the exact parking spot it was originally in, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I’ve rented vehicles here many times and have never experienced this level of poor hosting or customer service.

I delivered the car 5 min after the driver’s license verification, after I reminded them to do so, as I could not drop off the vehicle until that was completed.
I’ve delivered almost 3k trips, so I know when a car smells like dog, and this one did not.
I also did not accuse the guest of anything so I’m baffled about that as well.
The guest did not follow the return instructions they received and parked in the area prohibited by Turo.

Perfect car for a short trip. Last minute rental and host was awesome and super accommodating!
