Great trip! No issues with pickup, the car was clean and fun!

The directions were inaccurate, causing a 2.5-hour delay as I circled the rental area multiple times with luggage and a child, only to learn the actual pickup location was a long and unsafe walk away. The vehicle was not as pictured—dirty, damaged, and drove unsafely (jerking while stopping/accelerating), and the host’s response about it being “designed to get to know its driver” did not address the concern. I ended the trip early and received a replacement vehicle and refund due to confirmed cleanliness, smoking, and safety policy violations—rent at your own risk.
