I have read numerous of times with this company. Everything is always good host and car.

The booking experience wasn’t the best one yet . The owner is an understanding guy . however , the car is a safety issues . Picking the car up the car seemed okay . You could clearly see there have been damage but none to obvious to be alarmed from . On the way about to hit the road to head back to Texas (about a 7 hour drive) the passenger side door latch mechanism declined and stopped working. The owner did find a mechanic near my location . waited an additional hour or so in the heat , wasting more gas , to figure out the information I just told you . Prior to I bought a rope to tie the door up but how safe is that hit a freeway ? So the mechanic showed me how to manually lock the door . which was another challenge within itself . so anytime anybody forgot to not open the passenger door it added on at least an extra 45 mins to an hour onto the trip . the car was unconvincingly unsafe . with the door issues on the passenger side , the lock and unlocked button didn’t work . And the transmission also wasn’t shifting properly . Despite the owners effort . Just the overall experience with this vehicle was not good and compensation for the safety , inconvenience and my time would be greatly appreciated
