Do NOT rent this car. You will break down. There was no communication from the host stating if the car was in the main turo lot or the overflow turo lot and it took two hours to get to the car. From the moment I picked it up, it smelled hot like it was going to start on fire. The oil light was on and the sticker said the oil should have been changed 15,000 miles prior. There was no oil on the dipstick. The gas cap is loose and there was a low tire warning. Warnings were on the car the entire trip. The car is beat up. The car got me to my location and wasn’t driven for the week I rented it. It broke down on the interstate on the way back to the airport. I almost missed my flight. There. Was no lock box for the keys, only leave them in the glove box. This car was NOT safe to be on the road for long distances from the moment I picked it up and it was dangerous for me and my daughter. Shame on the host for putting me and my child in this dangerous situation. This vehicle should have NEVER been rented out in the condition it is in.
Its ok turo knows this is all lies I dont need to say anything other then you wasted our time I had to drive a total of 4 hours to retrieve my vehicle that had no issues at all but like I said turo has everything on file and know this is all lies your spreading

I had a great experience with this rental vehicle. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly throughout my trip. It was comfortable, fuel efficient, and had all the features I needed. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the vehicle was exactly as described. I felt confident and safe driving it the entire time. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to others
