Friendly, smooth and easy rental. They checked in with me a few days into my trip which was nice.

Upon arrival the car had no ac then we drove off and the owner kept the keys
I will say it got us from point to point but they need to do better over all we’re grateful just a little better service that’s all

Thank you for your feedback.
When you reported the A/C issue, our mechanic repaired it in about 5 minutes so you could continue your trip.
During the repair, the keys remained with the mechanic, and you accidentally drove away without them.
As soon as we realized it, we personally made an hour round trip to deliver them to you.
We always do our best to resolve issues quickly and provide great service.
