Nice car. A little more wear and tear than I expected but smooth ride while I had it. Unfortunately, the window stopped functioning the first day I got it. Khanh swapped me into an A6 and I never got the A5 back. Both were enjoyable rides. Good gas mileage, apple CarPlay, 360 cameras, etc. All the amenities you would expect from a premium rental.
The window was damaged from client slamming too hard while she was on the trip.
We both agreed that we swapped and upgraded client to a more expensive vehicle with no extra charge.
We never accused her or said anything but 4 star was really not justified in this situation.
