Great car..very comfy and spacious inside..great on gas too..the owner was very helpful and responsive whenever i needed assistance..i would recommend this car for sure to rent out..great price also!

Host was nonresponse and couldn't extend the rental. Huge inconvenience and was billed extra. Eventually got resolved but definitely won't rent from this host again

The extension request was submitted after the trip ended, at which point the car was unavailable. We responded within 17 minutes and offered an alternative vehicle.
A temporary authorization charge may have appeared but was automatically reversed when the extension could not be approved.
You previously had multiple extensions approved. In the future, we recommend providing a clear return date and proper notice to avoid putting yourself in this situation again.
