I was on my flight headed out for vacation when I received a text from Turo my car was disabled and I needed to get a new vehicle. I found a similar model and scheduled. Within minutes, Hyatham reached out to me and was able to do everything before I even landed. When I was in a slight panic, Hyatham was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, giving me a huge peace of mind. When I went to the wrong parking lot, he came to pick me up! Also the car itself was so fun! It was clean and exactly like the photos. Huge thanks for saving my vacation! 5 STARS all the way!
