Communication was great and most of the trip went smoothly. However, a part of the underside of the vehicle was held on with zip ties that broke while we were driving. The interior was in great shape and the car was very clean. Overall, the trip was fine, but the condition of the vehicle did impact the experience.

Jost worked well with me to deal with a low tire pressure issue and ended up with a flat tire repair. Another issue of undercarriage, having a little bit of flapping, but some zip ties secured it. Host worked with me on that and gave me a break. I am thankful!!

The car was great. Air blew cold. No problems with the car. Host was very responsive and nice. Will rent from host again.
