Although the owner was very cooperative and helpful the car had some issues and was pretty unreliable. I had to use another vehicle near the end of my trip because I didn’t want to make these issues worse.

Hi Cory, thank you for your feedback. We didn’t realize you ended up needing to use another vehicle during your trip. When you mentioned the check engine light came on but then went away and you decided to continue using the car, we were under the impression everything was okay afterward. We do wish you had reached back out to us, as we would have been happy to help and make sure the vehicle was good to go for the remainder of your trip. Either way, we appreciate you booking with us.
It was a very smooth ride, no complaints and great on gas. Would definitely rent again!
