Toward the end of my trip, I had a flat tire while driving on Interstate 10. I contacted the host, who was responsive, attentive, and guided me through the process of contacting Turo. I appreciated their communication and that they replaced the tire.
The downside was being without the vehicle for about three days while Turo and the host worked through the repair and paperwork. After I got the vehicle back, the low tire pressure warning light came on during the final days of my rental, which understandably made me a little anxious after what had happened on I-10.
The interior has seen some wear over time, though it didn’t affect the overall drivability of the vehicle.
Overall, the host was professional and helpful throughout the experience. My 4-star rating reflects the inconvenience of the tire issues and the time without the vehicle, rather than the host’s customer service.
