The car was clean and a new experience I’ve never drove a Mercedes before. There were some issues at first but the host was attentive and willing to accommodate my concerns . I would rent from them again ,I recommend their services.

The car was not in good shape as advertised. The back left wheel had a leak so I had to refill the air weekly. The back right door didn’t open from the inside. The car smelled and was beat up on both the interior and exterior. The engine light was on from the minute I got the car and the owner said not to worry about it. The car was demolished the day before pickup and I refused to rent a banged up car. The owner got a quick touch up that looked like a band aid on a gushing wound.
