I would first like to mention the positive things. The host was responsive to every message. The car smelled great and the bluetooth settings were pleasant to have. Customer service was great.
As far as the car, I feel very misled. The pictures on the listing are super outdated. I dont understand the great ratings on this car. At first glance the exterior was very dirty. The car looks like someone took a hammer to it. Theres dents everywhere. The front bumper is broken and damaged severely. Theres a hole on the passenger seat that looks like a cigarette burn. The seat belt clip in the back is ripped. The button for the volume is ripped out. There are scratches all on the inside and outside of the car. To make matters worse there was what looked like pet dander all throughout the car.
The car lights are horrible. The lighting was uneven and there was only visibility one car length infront of the car. The bright lights had to be used on order to see properly.
If I had another option for a car at such short notice I would have canceled the trip. This car needs a makeover or updated pictures on the listing so that customers know exactly what they’re getting. (not photos that are from when the car was in perfect shape.)
