Car has and awful smoke smell and smell like dogs cup holder wasn’t clean ashes and very sticky
This review is factually incorrect. Customer was extremely difficult from beginning to the end. The car was cleaned and also has an unlimited wash plan with Mr. Car wash. The vehicle is washed and disinfected between each trip. While I would love to satisfy each customer there are always some who can’t be pleased. The vehicle night has a smoke smell or dog smell. I don’t smoke or have pets so I would have noticed if hat were the case. I’m sorry I was not able to satisfy this customer.

Great car just the radio knob was broken and was hard to turn up the music to listen too but other wise great car great everything will rent again definitely
The knob is was knocked off by a previous renter but the volume can be controlled with thr switch on the steering wheel. Thank you for your rental.

Pick Up location was easy. Everything was smooth.
Unfortunately, the city of Covington came to cut the lawn behind our property prior to the rental and blew lawn clippings onto all of our vehicles behind the property. All vehicles are cleaned after each rental and also have the sticker for unlimited car washes with Mr. Car wash. I do apologize that we were not able to provide the high level of service that we strive for and hope that you will give us another chance to provide a greater experience.
