Super easy pick up and drop off, smelt a tiny bit funny but I got used to it. usb outlet is in top glovebox in case anyone else cant find it. Mirror fell out once I pulled down driver side sun visor. Besides those smallllll things, it was great.

The car had expired registration, got stopped by the cops, received a ticket! Reach out to the renter as everything was unfolding. Message was read and never responded to after I sent the expired registration to him. He said it wasn’t . It processed to tell me it was the wrong registration and sent a new registration after I reached out to Turo about the registration. He sent me registration on the car after 3 hours. With an effective date of yesterday. Reach out to ask what time he picked up the vehicle because and he ignored me ! Customer service was poor from him and Turo !
