Car was great, communication was easy.

The car was wonderful and I had no issues at all with the car. However the pick up instructions were not clear at all. I was in the rain for 20 minutes before I was told where the key was, after the owner asking for an additional selfie with license in addition to the one required by Turo. Drop off instructions were also not sent till I requested them. If the processes are cleaned up it would be a 5 star rental.
