Car ran smoothly, no issues just a low tire pressure warning but nothing besides that. Adeesh was very helpful in dropping the car off

Maintenance issues no resolution

For transparency, this was not a maintenance issue. The tire was punctured during the trip, causing the low-pressure warning. The proper Turo process for handling the flat was not followed, and the vehicle was returned on the spare. As the host, I repaired the tire and replaced a missing lug nut. The trunk cargo mat was also removed and not returned, which the guest acknowledged. Attempts to resolve the matter directly went unanswered. The vehicle’s maintenance was up to date.
