The worst experience, the mileage goes down drastically (there was no drastic weather or speeding either). Issues charging from the start, that I let Turo know of

The charging is too slow, great host

Pick up the location and over all quality of the car was good. However the car was empty (not charged) upon arrival. I asked the host about it, Iasked if it was intentional or a mistake. I then ask if he could pin point me to a fast charging station. The host was not responding to my messages. I then contacted Turo support, I told them the situation. At that point I wanted a refund to which Turo told me that was not possible. Turo support told me they had gotten a hold of the host and told me to just find a fast charging station. To my surprise, the car does not support a fast charging plug. The host did not let me know about any of this. I was parked all night trying to charge the car. By morning the car had only been charged to about 50 miles. I kept messaging the host as to why he didn’t let me know any of this. He then proceeded to only read my messages and not respond.

Beware do not rent this vehicle. It is not ready to be on the road not only does. It have technical issues. It does not charge charge fully and hardly ever works at any of the charging stations felt utterly unsafe and had to pay out-of-pocket almost $200 in charging that didn’t even charge the vehicle as well as a tow to my house and then back to the drop off location, hoping that the host will get this car looked as it is not road ready. Please be careful when renting.
