Great rental experience! The car was clean, drove well, and matched the listing. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout the trip. Would definitely rent from them again.

Was knowingly given a damaged car. Hosts are shady and dishonest. They tried to change the mileage allowance and locality AFTER I already paid and was picking up the car. The car needed a repair after breaking down. The hosts were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I called customer service to confirm I would be refunded for the repair and was assured I would be but in order to be reimbursed I had to return the car. I paid for the repair and called customer service again and they said the HOSTS open the repair ticket you place so naturally they didn’t do it and I got stuck with the $450 bill. I will never use turo again and if you’re reading this just spend the extra money on a LEGIT car rental site. Also the car didn’t have a cap on the fast tank or lock so anyone could come and siphon my gas.
