Very disappointing experience. While driving on the freeway, the vehicle gradually lost power and became unsafe, forcing me to pull over. Multiple warning lights came on (battery and check engine/oil), and the car would no longer function. Roadside assistance was called, and the tow company confirmed it was a mechanical issue requiring the vehicle to be towed. Turo provided an Uber voucher and a partial refund since the car could not be used for the remainder of the trip. The host’s communication during the situation was unprofessional and came across as snarky and condescending rather than supportive. I would not rent from this host again.

Summers was great made my first experience amazing I was recommended to him from my daughter who is a regular customer..have to get a car is so stressful especially last min but this was super stressful free and then haveing to extend it not a problem thanks u guys for makeing it a great experience ..great car great staff..Will definitely be back
