This car is extremely dirty, both the front and back seats are filthy. On rainy days, the inside fogs up terribly and cannot be cleared at all, making it very dangerous to drive. There are also many scratches and damages on the exterior. In short, I feel very uncomfortable using this car and do not want to use it any longer, so I would rather return it as soon as possible.
In addition, when I returned the car, I failed to charge the battery which is 30 miles’ electricity. Without my permission, the host directly charged my credit card $55 plus a $10 service fee. The cost on the charging point is only $0.5 per kilowatt. And I only spent $30 on half a tank of gas for this car which run for 180 miles, but they charged $55 just for 30 miles’ electricity? Isn’t this a scam?
