The car was on time and worked for everything that I needed so it was a great trip.

Car quality is really bad. It’s an Audi, but it’s in very rough shape. The exterior is bad, the paint is sloppy, there’s dings all over, and even one area where clearly it was bondo’ed before and it’s showing through. Interior is a bit nasty. Many worn spots in the leather and plastic trim. Looks really bad. Rubber door seal on driver side is broken, there’s wind noise the entire time driving. Very unpleasant. For a 9 year old car it’s been poorly taken care of. The automatic transmission needs servicing, it is sluggish at shifting. It was annoying to drive. I couldn’t wait to get rid of it. The host delivered it late and didn’t even apologize. I would not recommend this car to anyone. The rate was way too high for what it is.
