I booked this trip over month ago. I paid extra to start the trip early. When I got there, the car was not there. I waited almost an hour.
The paper plate tags were also expired, and the car was dirty. When I started the car it said maintenance required as well as tire pressure low so I had to stop and get the tires filled up as well. I rented this car because it had a lot of good reviews, so I was pretty bummed out about this experience.

Vehicle was excellent on car which was my #1 concern while visiting Cali. Car runs great, absolutely no issues. Vehicle was dropped off at my location with no problem. A little bit of confusion on the pick up but all was sorted out. I will rent again from this host.
