Very great car clean easy pick up and drop off host were wonderful first time turo user and will be make again and again

Car was absolutely infested with ants, the host did not give me any options to swap the vehicle out, I was left stranded and spent my whole day trying to figure out how I was going to have a car to get me around. There was no care from the host's side about this issue and I wasn't even provided a full refund, just was left to spend $300 additionally out of pocket booking with a new host. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unfortunately, the only available replacement was subject to Turo’s age requirements. We remained in communication and responded promptly throughout the rental.
