Car was filthy dirty inside and out. Car did not have window washer fluid, so that was an added frustration. The owner suggested I get it washed, and he would Venmo me. First place wanted $65 to hand wash it, since its low to the ground and they needed an hour. I didn't have the time, and I didn't trust him be reimbursed. I guess he thinks I work for him and my time is free as well. Incredibly disappointed with the experience.
I am 100% OK with honest mistakes, but don't turn around and expect me to give up part of my weekend to clean YOUR car that I rented and paid a lot of money to enjoy.
I apologize again for the car not being washed.
It was returned late by my previous renter and the time frame was too close. I communicated this with you upfront. I was not expecting you to wash it. And by the way it was not dirty it just was not freshly washed. I had pictures uploaded that show the car very decent. I apologize if that caused a 1 star rating.
But thank you for the feedback I will make sure it does not happen again.

Good experience with the car. However, we had to take a Lyft to a different pickup location to pick it up, taking time and convenience away. And we had to drop it off at a different location other than the airport, had to get another Lyft to make our flight in time.
