The host was very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The whole process was transparent and well-organized, and it felt like they were running a fairly established rental operation. Both pickup and return went smoothly, which I really appreciated.
That said, the vehicle condition itself was quite underwhelming. Warning lights kept coming on, the interior felt very worn, several buttons were sticky or nearly stuck together, and many of the markings looked heavily aged. The exterior headlights were also very yellowed. Overall, the service and process were excellent, but the car itself could definitely use better maintenance and updating.

Car had different warning lights throughout the trip and like another reviewer said the axle makes a lot of noise when driving but over great guy and would rent from him again.
