Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. Please be advised that we communicated that the previous guest had smoked in the vehicle. You were adamant that you needed the vehicle immediately and would disinfect it.
The maintenance issue was resolved the following day after the vehicle was returned.

Thanks for your feedback! I noticed that your trip didn’t originally end at 10 AM. You made a change at 5:30 AM for a 6:00 AM drop off, and you were expecting to hear back by 6 AM, which is 4 hours before your trip was supposed to end.
