The car was horribly damaged, the bumper was held on with zip ties. When I was on the highway the bumper was flapping in the wind I was hoping it didn't fall off. The car drove with a loud noise. I was praying it didn't break down since I had to drive 2 hours and 40 minutes to my meeting. I rent a lot from Turo I'll never rent this car again. It needs work before it goes out.
I’m sorry you felt unsafe, but you never mentioned any of these issues during your trip. We do have to temporarily secure the bumper while we wait for a damage claim from a previous guest, but this minor damage does not effect how this car runs.
