This was my first time using Turo. Frankly I was a little worried because I had a trip scheduled with another driver and the gentleman wanted to change vehicles and then canceled the trip. But my experience with Yurii was a 180 degrees. He got the airport when he promised to be there the pickup was flawless. I like that it was so well kept. I actually got to meet him when I turned in the car and he was very nice. I’d would rent with him again.

No complaints from me. Car was clean, fueled up, maintenanced, no smell, drove clean, sound system thumps 😈. Not much else you can ask for. 600miles was perfect for my 4 day stay!! Thx again Yuri.

The car battery kept dying. But reliable.

I was genuinely surprised by your 3-star rating. The car had a nearly new, fully functional battery, which was drained because the lights were left on. When you contacted me, I personally came to help, unlocked the car, and got it started for you. I’m therefore disappointed that I received a low rating for a problem that was not caused by the vehicle. I always do my best to support my guests and provide excellent service
